Morfa Hill is not part of a huge holiday company. It's our only holiday property.
Morfa Hill is known for it's cleanliness - but following this awful pandemic, our Housekeeper Pam is working even harder to ensure you're kept safe. We use antibacterial cleaning solutions throughout. We also supply antibac handwash in the wastooms, and antibac gel, at both points of entry into Morfa Hill. The Property
Spacious, 4 bedroom Victorian house, Sleeps 8 + 2 (downstairs sofa bed) + cot, comfortably. 300 yds from many gorgeous beaches & close to all amenities, in the beautiful seaside village of Rhosneigr - renowned for it’s abundance of exciting water sports!
Morfa Hill is light and bright, retaining many original features - period fireplaces, stripped wood floors and doors. This light and airy house offers lot’s of space for living, inside & out & a large, secure parking area for cars/boats to the rear. WiFi throughout.
Take time to lounge....
The large front lounge has a large bay window, 3 sofa's, flat screen TV with digital Freeview, Amazon Prime Firestick supplied and a DVD player - but its all about the beaches here so you won't need them!
The rear lounge has a comfy corner sofa bed, a 2nd sofa and a vintage Pioneer stereo, CD player and tape deck. It sounds amazing - but theres also an Alexa in the kitchen for the younger folk!
Selection of books, games, etc. Double doors leading to the kitchen/conservatory.
There are 4 lovely bedrooms, some have sea views in the distance. The large front bedroom has a bay window overlooking the front garden and a view of the village clock.
Travel cot available for use, but you'll need to bring your own bedding as we can't supply.
The rear double bedroom overlooks the garden and conservatory. This room has a double bed and flat screen Freeview TV to escape to - but signal is patchy - so you may need your tablets for streaming if you prefer a definite nighttime TV routine!
The bunk rooms are great for kids, but are still generous enough for adults to be comfortable too - we've tried them!
There’s a small family bathroom with shower over a smaller size bath, and a 2nd WC tucked away downstairs. We also have a utility room for storing equipment and in there you'll find a washing machine and dishwasher too.
The large kitchen has been opened up with a glass roofed side return extension. It includes all the equipment, crockery, etc, you’ll need. Also has a ceramic hob, electric, range style cooker with 2 ovens & large fridge freezer.
The kitchen is a wonderful bright, sunny, open plan, cooking/dining/living area, for all the family to enjoy, with a large table around which to gather.
Dishwasher available. Childs high chair also provided.
Enjoy relaxing as you gaze out through the french doors, onto the large, south facing, fully enclosed, private patio & lawned garden. We have had to take down the tree in the pics below so no tree swing, but on the plus side, even more sun to enjoy!
All electricity and gas is included. No nasty meter charges!
Duvets, pillows, etc provided, just bring your own sheets, covers and towels - or...
Linen pack can be supplied!
We can arrange to supply all the bedding you need, beds made up and ready for your arrival - towels for each person and no need to bother with the washing - it's all taken away for you!
Only £15 per person!
Booked on a strictly, first come, first served basis - and provided by our lovely Housekeeper, Pamela. We no longer live in Rhosneigr so she can only offer this as a limited service, unfortunately, so don't forget to request!
Per night prices are available - minimum 2 night stay. Friday to Friday bookings during peak times but flexible start dates available at all other times.

THE LOVELY VILLAGE OF RHOSNEIGR
Rhosneigr has lot’s to offer water sports enthusiasts, who enjoy great nightlife, Families with children, or couples just looking for a quiet, relaxing break.
It’s surrounded by many beautiful beaches, full of rock pools to explore and offering a wide range of sports, such as sailing, surfing, windsurfing and there’s even a Kite Surfing school . Don’t worry if you’re new to it all. Lessons are available, as is equipment hire & boat launching facilities. If walking/running is your thing, there are miles of beaches to explore. Anglesey is quite flat in places so is also ideal for cycling!
The shopping is great here too - Rhosneigr has a ‘Fat Face’ store, Gecko - a lovely shop offering ranges from Quicksilver, Weird fish, Roxy etc.
The local surf shop, Funsport, also offers all the clothing, wetsuits and equipment you’ll need for a beach holiday. There is a convenience store with Post Office for your basics and fuel for fire. Cowrie, a great little deli selling local produce. Janet Bell Homestore recently set up shop for some gorgeous items to take home as mementos. A Pharmacy and a hairdressers.
You’ll not go hungry either - with 'Y Morfa' pub next door, 'Mezze40' restaurant above it, Starvation Restaurant and bar, Sandymount House, The Glaneigr pub, with it's Indian Kitchen, Scarletts fish and chip shop, Chaplins coffee shop & ice cream parlour, Cafe Notos, Y Parlwr restaurant, Mojo’s creperie breakfast place & restaurant, the tiny Aydins cafe and pizzeria and the well known, fabulous 'Oystercatcher' eaterie and Wils bar in the dunes. Owned by the famous Timpson family, who do so much for their workers, and good causes, we'd highly recommend you support them! With great views and a fantastic menu, you’ll have an excuse to eat out every day of the week, within metres of the house!
Anglesey has a glorious coastline and we can also recommend some fantastic family pubs, in the most amazing settings, if you wish to further explore this fabulous islands beauty.

Payment in full is required for short breaks on booking please.
Per night prices start at £200 in low season up to £250 for last minute bookings during peak times - this includes the early May Bank holiday.
All electricity, gas central heating and hot water included. Also fuel for first fire provided and further fuel available locally.
The property is available for your use from 3pm on the holiday start date until 10am on the final day. Entry and vacate times may be altered where possible (sorry, not available during peak summer weeks as tight turnaround to deep clean) at a cost of £30 extra, if available.
In the event of cancellation, any monies already paid, will be refunded only if the dates are successfully re-let.
